We have been providing private hire and chauffeur services safely throughout the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Our teams are continually revising and refining our safety protocols throughout out service. As safety is foremost at Station Executive, we have followed the new DFT guidance to the letter. We have also added some important amendments, which we believe will make all our chauffeur-driven service safer.
Our agile company structure has allowed us to adapt quickly to the pandemic. Most of our office team can work from home. Our chauffeurs have risen to the new challenges and exceeded our expectations. Thanks to their efforts, and extra attentiveness, our levels of service have not been affected. We are always feeding their recommendations and suggestions back into our operational procedures, such as working together to make sure that all have masks, hand sanitiser, tissues, and other essential items.
Social Distancing & Sanitisation
Social distancing in England means that we observe the two metre (6 feet) minimum distance between people rule. During the pandemic, will not shake passengers’ hands. Instead, a gentle nod, a warm hello, will serve to suffice for the meet and greet whilst wearing a face covering. We mandate face masks for chauffeurs, and we advise passengers to do the same, while inside the vehicle, to protect our chauffeurs’ health and yours.
Our service vehicles are deep cleaned daily by specialist valet companies using highly regarded products. Each of our vehicles undergo electo static deep clean every 28 days, carried out by an independent party, researched to fight bacteria and viruses. Every touch point and hot spots are cleaned by the chauffeur before and after each journey. Not only our vehicles are treated, our drivers also undertake regular testing and health checks.
